The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially reinstated Senator Samuel Anyanwu as its National Secretary, following a resolution reached at the party’s 100th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held in Abuja on Monday.

Announcing the decision, PDP Acting National Chairman Umar Damagum confirmed to journalists that the NEC has resolved to return Anyanwu to his position, putting an end to the recent uncertainty surrounding the role.

The move comes amid ongoing internal realignments within the party, as the PDP seeks to strengthen its national leadership structure ahead of future political engagements.
